agreed, app sucks without newsfeed. i have been a member over 10 years also. the loss of scanning sucked too.

i agree 1000% I have already cancelled my premium subscription. app is useless without the newsfeed and scanning of meals.

I always weigh my self first thing i the morning, naked. and then i use that weight. i may sometimes weigh myself later in the day too but i only use the morning weight. MIne goes up and down too depending on hydration, sodium, etc.

I separate bi's and tri's. If you do them on separate days you can concentrate on them and really feel the burn.! Good luck!
