bump.....interesting! im get the depo jab and have been on the pill, have lost weight and started to see results with my muscles but i fell off the wagon! now im back to lots of exercise and eating better. :0)

Hi guys sorry ive not been on, been a crap week, i twisted my ankle on friday so have been out of action n feeling really Miserable :grumble: not getting exercise in n not eating that well either, its still a little swollen but im gona try insanity tomorrow. :bigsmile:

i have also only been doing 1 as i have a 26 mile walk soon so with training for that i dont have time to do 2, but ill probably just delete this thread and do it again after my walk. But i will keep in touch with you n we can motivate each other though the 30ds.x :bigsmile:

i burn about 200 cals using my hrm, i am 5 foot 2 and weigh 127lbs. I still have only managed 30ds again today, I wil try n do the 2 tomorrow but i am working an hour n a half extra plus with the clocks going forward tonight i might not get time, ill still do 30ds at least though. :bigsmile:

Ive been on mfp for almost 1 year, i weighed 157lbs when i started and eating 1200 cals everyday pretty much, i have had some bad days lol, i have also tried eating back exercise cals which didnt work for me, which makes me wonder if this will work for me. i am now 127lbs, i want to get to…

right, i changed my goal to loose half lb and it put me to 1250. i put 55% carbs, 40% protein and 5% fat, once i get used to eating more i will up it to 1300 :happy: it will be a lot easier on my work days i think. but if i can ill try n get in 1300, thanks for the advise and explaining things to me. :flowerforyou:…

i am eating all the calories that mfp set for me when i put in my goal weight, i said i struggle some days but i do eat them. :bigsmile:

So my diary wouldnt be totally accurate then if i got rid of drinks and added each drink to each meal as it would say no carbs, but if i kept the drinks bit and added 3 drinks it would be more accurate because it would add the 1 carb. I know its only 1 carb but if each thing i ate or drunk was like that it would be more…
