  • Reading your story and viewing your pictures brought tears to my eyes!! Sometimes I feel sorry for myself because I have "so much" weight to lose, but looking at what you have achieved makes me want to stop the pity party and work hard!! You are such an inspiration and I feel anything is possible after reading your story!!…

  • Yes, I was told by my Dr. that I should try it back in Sept. of last year. I was at the end of my rope when it came to weight loss. The next step (if Medifast didn't work) for me was the lap band and I really didn't want to do that. I started Medifast in Oct. 2010 (right before all of the holidays) and by the end of…

  • Ok, this is going to sound really weird, but here goes.... Maybe you should cut down on the exercise a little. Let me explain... I was doing the exact same thing. Working out HARD for 6 days a week and logging my food and eating back exercise cal etc. And the scale wouldn't budge! I was trying not to get frustrated because…

  • Thow a whole chicken in a crock pot with nothing...yes NOTHING. Cook it for about 6 hours and that is it. The meat falls off the bone and you have tons of chicken for lunch meat, taco salads etc. I'm about easy and cheap!!!
  • I have a few friends that are on Paleo and they LOVE it!! What is the difference between primal and paleo?
  • Take a gander...
  • A kick *kitten* bootcamp!! We did burpees, jumprope, box jumps, pushups, situps, tricep dips, bicep curls, situps, superman. Then we went outside and did jog/sprints for about 10 minutes and came back in and did more of the above. I was exhausted the rest of the day!!
  • There are some really great running blogs out there where they document what they eat on a daily basis. • I am right there with you right now!! It's is almost "that" time and I can't stop thinking about (and eating) chocolate!!! I have been doing so good with my food too!!!!!! It is good to know I am not alone!
  • 14 lbs. back in the day when Phen-Fen was around. More recently I lost 11 lbs. the first week on Medifast.
  • A lot of people hit that wall and it is ok. Just repeat the prior week until you feel you are ready to move on. You will get there!!
  • :flowerforyou: You look beautiful!! I love all of your "angel kisses" too!!!
  • I am the exact same way! The good thing about being pear shaped from a health standpoint is that leg, thigh and bottom fat are not deadly. The stomach fat is what is really unhealthy and can cause many health risks. Don't give up though!! It will eventually tone up and look better (I keep telling myself that). :)
  • I use Stevia in the raw and I love it. It is a natural sweetner (not artificial). Truvia is also a natural sweetner, but it has more carbs then Stevia.
  • I have the Polar FT7 and I LOVE it!!
  • I am having the same problem. A few weekends ago, I went out of town on a "girls" trip and ate like crap!! That next Monday, I went right back to my gym routine (4-5 days a week), but I have been having a REALLY hard time getting my eating back on track! I am currently working on "The Beck Diet Solution Workbook." Today is…
  • My nutritionist swears that if you drink green tea when you have a sweet craving, within 5 minutes your craving will go away. I think I should actually try this myself because I have the same exact problem!!!
  • I started my weight loss journey in October of 2010 and have lost 60lbs (I've lost 8 since starting with MFP). I keep gaining and losing the same 3 lbs this past month hovering between 190 and 193. I REALLY want to ditch the 190's and start into the 180's!! Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Weight Loss Tools
  • I started Medifast in October of last year and have lost 60 lbs. I don't think it is for everyone, but for me personally it saved my life. I was at my wits end when it came to dieting and losing weight. I had been on every diet and nothing was working for me. My Dr. (it is recommended by over 22,000 Doctors) had been…
