I am! I lost 2kg over the past 6 weeks, without really trying to. Just started exercise again after a break of a few months due to an injury and watching my calorie intake quite carefully, just to check what I was actually putting in my mouth. I am looking to gain muscle and improve my fitness, once I've competely got over…

My story is not similar to you, but I have a saying that is helping me stay strong through months of continual pain that has disrupted my job, my personal life and my mental strength. Here it is: Pain is inevitable, suffering is optional. It reminds me that was all have to deal with pain, emotional and physical, in our…

Well done for not giving in! My husband sat next to me last night eating chocolate orange. I love chocolate orange. The smell was devine. But that's where I stopped. The smell gave me my chocolate fix, without the calories. It's just another challenge in looking after our health that we passed!! Well done us!!

I love kbs. Just make sure you learn correct form as you can hurt yourself. I now have a shoulder injury that's from bad posture, exercise and stress. But please do not let that stop you. I can't wait to get better so I can get back to it, making sure I always use correct form, even if it means using a smaller weight. Hope…

I also have another water bottle at work, that I drink, around my daily dose of tea ( I am a teacher). Then however much I haven't drunk of my daily 2…

An hour and a half of pole dancing! It's a great workout for your core and arms.

I have some of the same problems you do. Most people would call me slim and just roll their eyes when I say I'm trying to lose weight or tone up. So instead of feeling sorry for myself, I've started getting off my bum and doing some exercise. It's hard work and I occasionally have to miss a class due to my work overload.…

My pet hate is watching people talking and laughing during my workout class. I don't mind a few jokes and comments but for to people to actually have a full blown conversation during the class, I feel, is so rude. I find it also extremely distracting! Another one of my pet hates is having a OTT energetic person working out…

I agree, you are not eating enough. Your body goes into starvation mode and stores all the fat. Start eating regular healthy meals and the weight will start dropping off. I usually aim for at least 1350 - 1500 calories a day for me to get enough energy from food for my exercise and still lose weight.
