watching the TV as a family and dad surprises the kids with a "treat" of LOADS of chocolate which they are all sitting, eating in front of me.

Well done for not giving in! My husband sat next to me last night eating chocolate orange. I love chocolate orange. The smell was devine. But that's where I stopped. The smell gave me my chocolate fix, without the calories. It's just another challenge in looking after our health that we passed!! Well done us!!0
