  • i was wondering the same thing. I see a lot of people on my news feed constantly losing but then in the comments they say they are losing what they had just gained. I don't see how this is productive.. lol. I log my weight daily on my phone (libra weight tracker), online (FitDay) and on here ONLY when i have a loss.

  • I have always been a grazer, which I think contributed to my getting fat. Now I loosely plan, as in I have healthy options available at all times, with an idea in mind of what I will be eating, but nothing concrete.

  • like other people said, chart your weight and period for a couple months, you should notice a pattern. everyone is different. it will help keep your sanity as the scale moves. I only lose 2-3 weeks a month max thanks to mr. TOM :(

  • It only means there is no sugar (corn syrup, cane sugar, etc) ADDed to the food. Any naturally occurring sweetener doesn't count. It will almost definitely have added artificial sweeteners.
