Have Two Pork Butt, Root Beer (halfway up meat) 12 hours on low. Beef Roast, 3 dry packets (Ranch, Brown Gravy, Italian Dressing) Water. 10-12 hours on Low.

Yeah, with a Blender bottle its not too bad. I shake it for probably a full minute. I think it tastes fantastic. Gonna try vanilla next. the 300 calories leaves me full for a few hours.

I buy the chocolate Muscle Milk Powder and have it as a meal replacement probably 3-5 meals a week. The Ratio's are very balanced, i like the taste, you get 2 cups of water at the same time, and its quick and easy. Also, its a Meal that costs about $1.25 two scoops is 300 calories with 32 grams of protein.

Muscle Milk, yes, its the shake the blender bottle type breakfast, but two scoops is 300 calories and keeps ya going, its very balanced in terms of carbs/fat/protein. Also its about a buck a meal or less.

Great Post. I consider my exercise calories as "Extra Credit" and "Beer Calories" (I love beer so...) As you said though, the calories MFP tells you are going to cause you to lose that weight alone, the exercise is bonus.

Some days i do (most days) but if i'm not hungry, i dont eat, aside from some cream in my coffee. i am an early lunch guy though (11 AM). Lots of times i just have a scoop of muscle milk (150 calories) for breakfast. If i do eat breakfast, its a couple eggs, or egg beaters, or a fiber one bar and 2 servings of fruit,…

Great post. People think they cant have pizza, drink beer, have a cookie, etc, its just math, like you said. Eat light all day (like i have today) and then have a french dip and a couple of beers for dinner (like i plan on doing) :)

Along with MFP, i downloaded the free Pacer app, which links into MFP to track steps, and use the App Smart Alarm (1.99) to track sleep. So for two bucks i have what costs 100 in a FitBit Flex. That being said, i will probably get a FitBit because i am a statistics geek and Gadget nerd. Try Pacer and Smart Alarm though.
