I would blend a shake that you can drink at 10:30am and have 1 scoop of whey protein powder, 1/2 cup of rolled oats and 1.5 cups of unsweetened almond milk. Good snack that you can drink quickly. For breakfast make protein pancakes. they will fill you up.
