That is what I get too. My daugter gets McDonalds as a treat sometimes during the week. Then I try to just get her lunch & then I eat at home.

I have not done the P90X but you should get a heart rate monitor and have that count the calories while you do the workout. Then you will geta idea of what you burn during the workout. Once you know that you can add the P90X in MFP as a workout. I have heard that it is a great workout. :) Keep it up.

I wat either a fiber bar or a balance bar. They are easy on the go. I am always running out the door with the kids too & like that I can grab one and go.
