Dinner tonight:
gnocchi with chicken, zucchini, red peppers, garlic and a small amount of Alfredo thinned with chicken broth. Maybe not the best, but everything is non-processed and I am big on that.

After 2 days of BBQ's, thought I would go for a nice spinach risotto without the butter and cheese, and have some about 80g of the chicken I grilled for Hubby and Child! :)

Made a vat of chili bean stew: a tin black eyed beans, a tin tomatoes, sauteed onions and peppers, harissa paste, half a chili. 4 servings - one tonight, freeze the rest for lunches. 150 cals per portion.

    Portabella mushroom pizza:

    - No salt added tomato puree
    - Diced onions
    - Large portabella mushrooms
    - 1/8 cup fat free mozzarella cheese
    - 2 oz chicken cooked, diced

Clean out the large mushroom, fill with the tomato sauce, top with onions and chicken. Sprinkle on cheese and put under low-medium broiler for 10 to 15 minutes. YUM

I pair mine with 100 calories (18g) of whole almonds.

Only a 225 calorie dinner! (with almonds) and leaves room for dessert
