What's for Dinner?

Dinner tonight:
gnocchi with chicken, zucchini, red peppers, garlic and a small amount of Alfredo thinned with chicken broth. Maybe not the best, but everything is non-processed and I am big on that.

Portabella mushroom pizza:
- No salt added tomato puree
- Diced onions
- Large portabella mushrooms
- 1/8 cup fat free mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz chicken cooked, diced
Clean out the large mushroom, fill with the tomato sauce, top with onions and chicken. Sprinkle on cheese and put under low-medium broiler for 10 to 15 minutes. YUM
