Hey guys
I'm not stalling on weightloss or anything.. please don't comment that that's my problem or that it will get better... this doesn't have anything to do with that.
Ever feel like nothing will ever be right? As if everytime you try to find yourself a better place in your life that you end up floundering and failing utterly and miserably.
Like the person you love more than anything in the world will never actually come back. That in some stupid way you're being humoured by the universe to think that in some small way you're going to be okay and there is hope when really, there isn't.
I'm not even good at trying to fall asleep.
I feel abandoned.
I'm never going to accomplish anything in my life that means anything even to me. I find myself even snacking on things even though i'm not hungry just because i have no more energy left in me because of the gym and work and not being able to sleep.
whats the point anymore.

I miss him. and i feel like everything i want ... that none of it is possible. maybe it never was or maybe... i just .. .missed my chances.

hey dont feel depressed hun! my bf is gone out of the country for a month and im depressed too. i can't sleep all i do is eat melted chocolate chips with peanut butter. but i've realized i haven't eaten out at all (saving money) and that i work out more (motivated to have a sexier body). I don't know where you live but it sux that its f*kin cold here so staying indoors means 1)eat more 2)work out more

dont be depressed...we all have those moods...just look at the brighter side and make something positive out of it :)

BIG HUG to you sweetie! :) music is a good motivator!!!

Have you considered seeing a doctor? I think you hit the nail on the head.CLINICAL depression, specifically. I say this because I KNOW those feelings you're talking about, and I care. I'm sending a friend request, I won't be offended if you say no.

I know that the way you're feeling... having me say: "Turn that frown upside down" does absolutely NOTHING for you. A lot of people feel the way you feel. I'm sorry that you're dealing with a difficult situation. :(

If you want to know what makes me get through dark times, send me a personal message. :)

i wish it was cold here. when i was a teenager my mother dragged me to the desert and i haven't been able to get out. oh joy something else to look forward to in the next few weeks... being burned by the sun because i'm too incompetent to pass a stupid driving test.

When those times happen, and they do to everyone, you just have to stick it out. This is a tough one though, you will have to be strong. The fact you reached out to the community tells me you have that inner strength needed to work your way through it.

Hang with some close friends for a while, and go easy on yourself.

I understand to an extent bc I know everyone's struggles in life are different. Think about this concept though... and I know you feel as though you're in a deep hole, but there is no possible way that everyday could be rainbows and butterflies, that doesn't exist. But we appreciate the good days because of the pain we feel in those bad days. You can only go up from here like cast said... Just be strong, surround yourself with things that take your mind off of the painful thoughts even if it's a drag. Trust me, I'm the worst at refocusing my energy when I'm feeling down. Use MFP to help shed light on your life and dig you out of this rut a little bit... If you would like, you can add me as a friend... I'd totally do anything and everything I could to help you during this time of struggle. After all, sometimes people just need someone to listen and be there for them.

Well, you still have a sense of humor...look where you wrote this>>>Chit-Chat, fun and games. So, I believe you will be OK as long as you keep a sense of humor. When you come out of this crisis make sure you have lost weight or at least kept it balanced. Recognizing when you are in a crisis is the beginning of being able to cope with anything Life throws at You>>>Coming out of a crisis w/o losing anything important means you have learned to balance Life>>>Coming out of a crisis on the plus side of what is important means you have learned how to succeed in Life. For Me when I recognize I'm in a crisis, coming out (1) With My Good Health and Stable weight, (2) Bank account in tact, (3) My Job, (4) Those who LOVE ME still Loving Me, then I know I have gotten through the crisis successfully!

Write down What Matters MOST, Put First Things First, then make sure they stay intact as you go through this crisis.
    This Too SHALL Pass!

Well there's not much I can say, since I don't know your history or anything about your relationship. But it does sound like you're depressed. I don't know you or your situation, but I can certainly empathize. I'm familiar with those feelings myself - but things can and do get better. I'll think positive thoughts for you. Hope things turn around for you soon! :)

Wow, you are such a pretty lady - kind of an Ann Margaret look. A year from now you will have such a different perspective. And will also have such a great compassion to offer someone else who you will be able to support in their journey. Don't give up. Surprises, nice ones are likely just around the corner. Keep us posted!

ya i hate those though cuz they feel so preachy. and thats a whole... other ... story. I'm backwards or something because when it rains i'm really cheery and I LOVE it... when its sunny i feel like leaving the house is a really bad idea i'll just end up miserably biitchingingabout the sun in my eyes and the fact that i'm burning... can hear my skin singeing almost...
i really wanna go to sleep.
