Nice progress! I definitely see a difference!

Try following Anita and not going as deep into the lunge! Take it easy and even rest if need be. As Jillian says "no injuries please!"
-
Congrats on your success!! You look great. Keep pushing :)

Nice progress lady!

Some people log it as circuit training. I like to log mine as 30 Day Shred.

Nervous for what?!? You look amazing! Congrats on your loss :)

It gets easier and the soreness decreases! I completed day 5 of level 1 yesterday. Do any of you take a day or two off?
-
I totally agree!!

Start weighing yourself maybe once a week at the same time every time. Your weight fluctuates throughout the day so the scale may show different numbers. I usually weigh myself in the morning after emptying my bladder and before breakfast.

You're in the right place! :)

Level 1 Day 4 completed!! I can definitely tell that my endurance has picked up. I made it through all of the jumping jacks, most of the jump ropes, and had to break a few times during the butt kicks. The first round of push ups were easier today. I'm excited about completing Day 5 because that means I'm halfway through…

I'm on day 3 as well. I do additional cardio and strength training. Cardio about 5 days a week and the additional strength training maybe 1-2 days a week.

You look amazing! Wow!!!

I can definitely tell a difference. Your tummy is super flat. You are beautiful and you look great! Enjoy your time in Vegas and show off that hot bod!

You could try Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30. I'm not sure if it requires additional equipment though.

So glad I just found this thread because I started the 30DS today. So D1L1 is complete! I will post my starting measurements later but my starting weight is 215! :):)

I had the same problem a couple weeks ago. I started doing "toe taps." I would raise my toes off the floor(keeping my heels on the floor" while sitting in a chair. I would just do this motion over and over. I also "rotate' my ankles before exercise by doing a circular motion with my foot. I make sure I warm up properly…

I keep mine running until my HR goes back to baseline...

I use the New Balance N4. I love it. I like being able to track my actual calories when doing things like playing tennis or riding my bike.

I usually eat about half of them back. Your net calories should at least be 1200. A few months ago I was still getting into the swing of things and I wasn't eating my calories back at all. My net calories would be 50 sometimes...needless to say I wasn't losing weight as quickly as I thought I should have been.

22 with 64 pounds to lose. Friend me!

I suffer from Shin Splints as well. I would like to do more running but I always end up with pain in my shins. I try to stretch sometimes and that doesn't really help. I rest for weeks and start again and they come back :( I'd like to know what will make them better also.

This site has kept me motivated so far! The people here are very supportive and very encouraging. Also logging my foods and exercise motivates me because I see how well I'm doing. I also have a committed work out buddy. She has lost about 20 + lbs. We both started at the same time, initially, but I slacked and she actually…

Wow that's amazing!! WTG!

Way to go!! 13 lbs in a month is a niceeee amount! Sweet!

I agree. My weigh-ins are on Mondays but my friend tried to get me to weigh with her today. I declined for this very reason. Weighing to often becomes discouraging for me. I like weighing once a week..I'm actually considering weighing every other week.
