Good morning, on this rainy saturday morning, it would have been very easy to stay in bed and not get up, but I did, up and did my 3rd day of 30dS at 6:00 am. It was a little easier but still had to take a couple of breaks but actually did go by faster. We had pizza for dinner last night, but I had three slices, counted them so hopefully we will see what happens on the scale next friday......if I don't have any success in either weight and/or measturements I will be at a total loss as what to do next...but will take each day and continue to do this as I call my first challenge......30 days. Off to do painting at my house...what else on a rainy day??? Hope everyone enjoys your day and do your 30DS.....only 20 minutes ...hard to believe it will work....!!:flowerforyou:

You're awesome! I just can't bring myself to do it in the morning!!
I am on day 17 of 30ds, i'm seeing pretty amazing results, 2 inches off (each) waist, belly, and nearly 2 off of hips. My weight has not changed but i'll take those inches over the scale any day! I am in a group on here that started June 1, so far everyone is seeing great results so just keep at it, it DOES get easier as your body gets used to it, day 1 I completely thought I was going to die, but i'm so glad i've stuck with it, I feel so much stronger! Goodluck!!!

Good for you to have stuck with it and yes sometimes those measurements are just as important as scale and very hard to get our head around (me anyway....always think weight weight weight) so there you go I hope I am as successful as you are!

It gets easier and the soreness decreases! I completed day 5 of level 1 yesterday. Do any of you take a day or two off?

It get's easier and you will notice results, even if they aren't on the scale. I can pretty much promise that! I'm day 14 now, level 2 is a challenge, but got to keep at it! Good Luck!

Day 25 today! Feeling (and looking) great. Yes, i thought I was gonna die the first 3 days, but haven't been sore since. Thursday was my first "rest" day...my workout partner/daughter was having a really bad day, so we didn't Shred. BUT...when we hit it again yesterday, we did our shred, weights, elliptical, and even had a jumprope contest! The day off did us some good, i think. Looking forward to finishing up, then Ripped in 30 and C25K.

I missed one day, but then I did two workouts the next day. My understanding is that there aren't supposed to be 'rest' days. So far everyone i've been doing with has been doing it every day.

Well done on day 3. I do take rest days, but I'm not strong, YET, this is making me stronger. And maybe one time I will get through the 30 days without a rest. Even if you don't see a result you will feel the difference.
