Before the workout : three little spoons of peanut butter After the workout : i eat 200 g of natural yogurt ( no fat) with 2 little spoons of honey :) is this OK ??:)

Yes i try to eat proteins and controll the carbs :) But i have read about people who dont reach their goal and dont see results :( why ??:(

I font understand ;) what should i ad more ?? Carbs.proteins or fats ??:) Is true that fruits are not good because they contain sugar ??:) but glucose band fructose are different sugars :)

I nave just known that 4 eggs ha ve got 24 g of protein :) Bit how many times a week can i est them ??:) because they ha ve a high percentage of fats :)
