I have that too. I won't remember having run past a certain point and think "how am I already here" or "I don't remember hearing that part of the song, did I miss it?" It's kinda cool.

How does it work? do you do the same level everyday? or do you switch it up?

After working out you're muscles take on water and "swell" while they repair themselves. Take a day off, eat healthy, rest, and the next day jump on the scale, see if there's any difference.

try eating more fiber. It keeps you feeling fuller, longer.

You look amazing! numbers don't really matter, it's how you feel.

eat a variety at each meal. Just a small portion of different things will help you up your calories as well as take in more nutrients do to the variety.
