So, I kinda lost sight of my weight goals for a bit. However, I recently decided to really focus on eating healthy and adding some exercise back into my regular routine. That said, my New Year's Resolution is to add 30 minutes of exercise to my day and lose 15 lbs by Spring Break.

So, I took a week off. I am calling it a stress relief. I don't think it was much of a stress relief but I'm back and didn't do too much damage. I weighed in at 185.5 today.

2.3lb loss. I just got a Wii Fit Plus. So, different scale but am trying to add workouts back into my routine. Not my favorite thing to do.

Only down .5 lbs. Weighed in at 187.5. It's better than gaining. Better week next week.

I have Zumba for the Wii. If you like dancing, I am sure you would like it as well. Each workout session is about 20 minutes. I have also used EA active. I wouldn't call that one fun but, it definately gives a good workout. (Especially if you get hand and ankle weights) I borrowed the game and weights from a friend. :)…

Weighed in at 3:00 P.M. 190 lbs. I am up .5 lbs from Friday but that is to be expected after the ridiculous holiday weekend of binge eating.
