    Starting late but would like to join anyway. Feel free to friend me. I really want to cut out the late night snacks. I can do well all day long and then after 8pm I start to "TASTE" whatever is in the fridge. I log everything. Diary is open to anyone.

  • What are you doing to lose so many lbs in a week? Mind sharing?

    I eat as clean as possible. I exercise cardio twice a day for over 30 minutes each time. I lift weights most days and most importantly I have a lot of weight to lose so for me to lose 10 lbs is like someone who weighs less than 100 lbs to lose 1-2 lbs.

    Also my job is pretty physical (Furnace and Air Conditioning installer) so I am constantly carrying tools and equipment. Basically I'm sweating 8-10 hours a day at work and working out before and after.

    Nice! I sit at a desk all day so I dont sweat at all unless I am riding my bike. Trying to ride twice a day but very busy. Great job and good luck!
