    Starting today I am switching to low carb diet 100 cabs a day and high protein 130+. Hope this works.

    Starting late but would like to join anyway. Feel free to friend me. I really want to cut out the late night snacks. I can do well all day long and then after 8pm I start to "TASTE" whatever is in the fridge. I log everything. Diary is open to anyone.
