I have 34D ladies (kinda like a 36c really but 36 is too big around) even when i weigh 120 and I wear halter top bikinis w a band under the chest. Helps with support, although if you have pretty big girls then your neck may hurt! :) The bandeau tops are cute but I dont think they would offer much for big boobs!

Im starting by April 1st (the shred) It's just pretty damn motivating for me and I think if I see 30+ DAY WORKOUTS will help me stay with it! POST POST POST PEOPLE--ONLY IF YOU'VE DONE A 30 DAY PLUS WORKOUT/DVD !!

I've just started and wont have access to a gym. All home based, hikes, 30 day shred, walks is my main focus now. Any pointers for at home? I refuse to buy gym equip.

108 would be scary thin and I'm at 145 now so proabably between 120-130 would be good for me. And, I also have a short torso too. Anything under 140 makes me feel ok but above that, i just feel like a fatty :) thanks again everyone...i know this is a hard question but i like to hear about the ladies that are close in…

Thanks. :wink: I am just a little heavier than i want. I don't feel comfortable in my skin at over 140. I think 125-130 would be ideal for me. I am at the very top of the BMI scale of being normal weight going to overweight. I have a more petite frame with a 34d chest but they arent thhhhat big haha, 34d is kinda like a…
