Back on Board!!!

Good Evening ppl. I actually started doing this in December, left off for awhile, and now I'm back on. I don't know how much I want to lose, so I'll just start with around 15 to 20 pounds... The first couple of weeks in December I lost like 7 pounds, then didn't lose much more. Had some major family issues in early January and just didn't worry about dieting for a time... I gained like 3 or 4 pounds back though. (OOPS) SO, I always had a problem with not eating enough calories... I really have to watch that. Generally I would get to the end of the day and still have calories left to consume. I'm hoping to plan a bit better now. Good luck to me!!!

    I did the same thing. I lost some weight before I joined, then I joined the site and lost a little more. Quit for a while and gained some weight back. Now I have been back on track fr the past couple of weeks. Welcome back :)
