  • I try to weigh myself once a month. It's nice to get on the scale & have lost 4 wks worth of weight then one day :) only because it's a bigger number :D that's just me!
  • I used to hate running too! of course because I could not run from one tree to the next, but I have to say it does get easier. Try not 2 get discouraged or down on ur self .   • Yes you can get the turkey burgers at walmart. They also have ground turkey which u can use for meatloaf spagetti hmb helper whatever u would normally use hamburger meat with.   • I really like 30 day shred as well as 6 wk 6 pack. I also burn between 300-400 per workout & sweat my butt off! I've mainly been doing Julian Micheals Dvd workouts & walking outdoors & have succeded very well with a total of 26 pound wt loss & I have hypothyroidism as well.
  • How about a turkey Burger.... the calories are low compare 2 a hamburger. Just make sure u get the low calorie buns I can't remember the brand but they have the 80 cal buns. I usually have special k chips with with mine because you can have 30 chipsfor around 110 cal . :-)
