I'm a college senior and looking to drop 20lbs! Add me if you'd like, same with anyone else in this thread :)
-
You look amazing! I'm going to echo everyone else in asking you to share what you did :)
-
I'm in!

I've been doing well with logging everything since I started so I think my goals for this week will be to eat back only 75% of my exercise calories and to be within 10g of my protein goal daily. I'd love for this to become a weekly thing :)
-
Aww thanks guys :blushing: NSV is non-scale victory :)
-
I'm also in college and looking to shift about 20lbs. I can't promise that I'm always healthy but I'm doing my best! Feel free to add me :)

I'm getting myself a new pair of running shoes when I get to 145lbs :) I don't love the ones I have and 145lbs will the the lowest weight I've ever been at this height - and over halfway to my goal! - so I think the splurge will be warranted.
-
I'm 5'7 or 5'8 and 155.5 lbs. I've only lost two pounds so far (joined in March!) but I hope to lose 20 more by the beginning of May, just in time for shorts weather :) Feel free to add me!

I think an hourglass is when your chest and hips are about the same and your waist is ~10 inches smaller? I'm 37-29.5-38 now and I'd love to get down to 36-26-36, that would be perfect for me.
-
You look AMAZING! My goal weight is 135lbs too and I'm about your height so this makes me excited about how good I'll look even at 141lbs :)
-
When I realized that I only have one pair of jeans I actually fit into and 5-6 pairs just collecting dust in my closet.
-
Try three meals, I don't think it really matters as long as you stay under your calorie goals and get close to your macros.
-
That's awesome! You SHOULD feel proud of yourself! Remember that a lot of those people you see effortlessly running 5-10 miles? They all had to start somewhere too. And for the record, we all look like crap when running

you look amazing!

I have one pair of jeans that fit sort of okay and six pair that I can't leave the house wearing, if I can button them at all. I want every single pair of those jeans to fit perfectly. Same with all my shorts, I want to just be able to wear a t-shirt and shorts this summer and not feel lumpy and selfconscious.
-
add me! I can't promise it'll always be great but it's open :)
-
Absolutely. I've used it for ankle and knee issues (what's up years of gymnastics and basketball!) and it definitely helps, though I'd recommend PT at the same time as well.

Because I don't like being a wimp

I usually get really bad cramps one day so I might skip just that day. But I want to eat ALL THE CHOCOLATE during my period so I gotta workout to balance that out haha.
-
This. It's not like the fact that I eat ****ty at times should be a surprise to anyone... I'm on MFP ffs.
-
I have 20lbs to lose and I'd like to do it by mid-May. I graduate university at the end of May and I want to look great in those photos! Feel free to add me :)
-
We're only a few years apart and I have a similar weightloss goal to you and I could definitely use the support! Feel free to add me :)

I like to log things the night before. I have a lot of trouble hitting my protein macro and I find that if I don't pre-plan out my day I hit my calorie count with only half the protein I need. I do change it throughout the day if I eat something different, it's certainly not set in stone but this way I know what I'm eating…
-
I'll add you :) I'm half an inch shorter than you and my goal weight is - if my math is right... - 5lbs under yours. My diary is open to friends though I can't promise it'll always be motivating haha.
-
I'm game! By June 1st it'll be shorts weather around here and I only have one pair that fit now... 1. lose 20lbs aka hit my goal weight of 135lbs 2. fit into all my shorts! they're currently 0.5 - 1 sizes too small for me 3. run 5 miles in under 45 minutes
-
I think it's a mix of genetics and how much fat and muscle you have in your legs. I never had it when I was playing basketball for 10 hours a week, despite the fact that my diet sucked and I weighed as much as I do now. We did a ton of squats and a lot of sprints so I'm sure my legs were a lot more muscular then than they…
-
I used to be able to run a four mile loop by my house in 33:30 and I'd love to be able to do that again! That and finally get my 5K time under 26 minutes, it's at 26:02 now and that's just annoying haha. By the end of March though I just want to be able to run 4 miles at a 9:30 pace and crank out 5 regular pushups.
-
All my pants but one pair of F21 jeans give me lovehandles now, so the day I can fit into all my pants perfectly will be the best day ever. The day I hit my goal weight is the day I'm putting on a t-shirt and shorts and heading out the door!
-
Foam rolling has always helped me a lot with sore muscles.
-
I'm 21, 5'7.5 and looking to drop about 20lbs :) Anyone on this thread feel free to add me!
