  • As of today: SW on this challenge: 322.0 CW: 313.4 -8.6 lbs GW for this challenge: get back under 300 Twisted my knee about two weeks ago. It’s one I had ACL reconstruction on a few years ago. Only able to do light exercises right now. So frustrating. The struggle is real. Still getting it done though. Only 13.4 lbs from…
  • B) so we don’t lose the board
  • March 14, 2020. Hoping I can drop a....lot....of weight by then. Down 22 lbs. I’ve done it before and can do it again. Just lacking the get up and go to get my *kitten* in the gym. :weary:
  • I have EXTREME anxiety (I used to deal with depression/anxiety, but at the moment I feel I have overcome the depression for the most part and am dealing with anxiety) and am pretty open about it on my page. I started here in March 2014, lost 145 lbs, had two separate major surgeries in 2015-2016 (appendix and back) and…
  • Today's weigh in (even though it isn't my "official" weigh in day) SW on this challenge: 322.0 CW: 315.0 -7 lbs Down ~22lbs overall. GW for this challenge: get back under 300
  • As of today: SW on this challenge: 322.0 CW: 317.0 -5 lbs GW for this challenge: get back under 300 Been struggling this week with a lat injury AND I set myself up for failure by not meal prepping/going grocery shopping. However, I still count it as a win because I logged everything this week - even when I knew I was going…
  • As of today: SW on this challenge: 322.0 CW: 317.6 -4.4 lbs GW for this challenge: get back under 300 I think I can, I think I can! :kissing_smiling_eyes:

  • I am in. Please feel free to add me!
  • I’m 29, so hanging in there by a thread. I have a lot to lose. Again. Add me, y’all!
  • I have never been able to put it into words, but I feel this on a deep level. - I don’t want to miss out. - If I ask you if you want to try something and you say yes, I’m worried that bite will be what I needed to feel full. - I can honestly say that during my binges, I never feel full. I feel like a vault with a hole in…
  • I feel you. I went to the gym 6-7 days a week for at least an hour a day. I also had a trainer 2-3 days a week. Now I am terrified to step foot in a gym because all of my progress from before is gone. I am working out at home, but my burns aren’t where I want them to be. I really have to get past my anxiety over going.
  • Sugar free French vanilla (coffee mate is my fave, international delight is good too) + spenda. Delicious! I am a coffee addict. I usually measure out my two tbs of regular creamer which is 70 cals. Tbh it’s not that bad calorie wise. I’d rather have my coffee than anything else :D I usually end up only having coffee in…
  • My GW is ~165. I'd originally lost 145 lbs and was only 30 lbs away from my goal. However, after surgeries and health issues, I gained it all back. I am down ~13 lbs now and have 158lbs to go. Ugh. Trying not to think about the distance left to travel, but how far i have come. Please feel free to add me!
  • I have over 100lbs to lose. No Fitbit, but I use Apple Watch if anyone else has it. Feel free to add me!
  • GIRL. Let me tell you. He got on the scale one day and said, "OMG I am 167 lbs. This is the heaviest I have EVER been." Boy, if you don't.. even after I lost 145lbs the first time, I wasn't even down to 167 lbs. I would give my left arm to be 167 lbs
  • Congrats girl! I feel you. I am not trying to be this size in my wedding dress. My fiance is a string bean who can eat whatever he wants, and then there's me. Lol.
  • I will be 30 this year. Can I get in on the action? :D Lost 145 lbs previously. Gained it all back. I've lost 13 lbs since January 2nd. I am getting married March 2020. Add me y'all!
  • Sending a request. I have about 120/115 to re-lose to get back to where I was two years ago!
  • Hey girl. I am in the same boat. I’ve lost 145 before, gained most of it back. I have about 120 to lose now. Feel free to add me!
  • I definitely understand, don’t get me wrong. I keep lean cuisine pizzas in my fridge at work just in case I can’t leave. However, I’d much rather have some good, home cooked food than that if I can. It’s rare for me to eat that unless I’m really pressed for time. Don’t stress so much! You’ll do fine. Add me if you’d like.
  • The more you stress, the worse it is. For real. If you’re making pot roast, log all of your ingredients into “recipes” and portion it out. You may not be 100% exact, but you’re going to be pretty darn close. There will also be juices and stuff that account for some of the calories that you don’t actually consume..so…
  • I didn’t read all replies, but.. Do you feel like eating the way you are is really sustainable long term? Prepackaged foods and stuff? I lost 145 lbs eating exactly what I wanted to eat - just in moderation and logging every single bite. I also NEVER set my calorie goal as low as 1200. I believe my lowest was 1500 - even…
  • I vividly remember my mom saying “maybe you should keep some of your clothes just in case” and my reply was “I am NEVER going back to that.” It is really hard to think about those moments and why I let all of my hard work go. I dwelled on it for SO long and kept thinking “if no one is going to hire me, why am I working…
  • Thanks for the comments everyone. It is hard to remember that we didn’t put the weight on in one day. It’s also important to remember that we will have days that aren’t great (like I did yesterday) and that’s okay. It is just one day or one meal and it doesn’t define the rest of the week.
  • That’s so true. I say that to myself all the time. I just need to truly believe it. I also need to get over my fear of going back to the gym. I have been walking and working out at home, but I need to force myself to walk back through those doors.
  • I am like this when I eat junk especially. So annoying. I get my steps in though. Lol.
