Back to the gym.

It’s been 3 years since I’ve been to the gym. I use to go a few times a week and was seeing results. I feel so out of shape now I want to start exercising again but don’t know where to start. Please help!

    I feel you. I went to the gym 6-7 days a week for at least an hour a day. I also had a trainer 2-3 days a week.

    Now I am terrified to step foot in a gym because all of my progress from before is gone. I am working out at home, but my burns aren’t where I want them to be.

    I really have to get past my anxiety over going.
