Hi everyone I am Rachel. I will be turning 39 in April. I have lost over 200 pounds but have really lost my way the last 6 months and have gained back 20 pounds. I am looking to lose another 50ish pounds. I'd love a few active friends or facebook friends to help keep me going.

I don't often put numbers out there but here it goes. When I started I was 450 pounds. I am down 73 pounds since CHRISTMAS. It's all easier said then done and not everyday is going to be perfect. Keep it simple to start with small changes and small goals.

People talking about food doesn't ever trigger me. My main triggers are bordem and stress. I accepted the request. I need to learn how to do this in a real world scenario, I can't hide and expect to make real progress.

I am a diabetic. I was diagnosed in 2008. Fiber really helps me a lot.

I agree I come everyday, log the very best you can. I measure and weigh everything that goes in my mouth. If you want to add me I have an open diary for everyone to see.

I have the T25's but haven't started them, at best I might be able to do a modified version of the modified one. Always looking for motivation, support, and accountability.

Use it everyday and weigh everything that goes into my mouth, it made a HUGE difference for me in controlling portion size.

I live in very small town and have 6 children, plus Im fat and tattooed. I don't fit in with any of the other parents. Oh well. I'd much rather be myself. And when I loose all this weight I am going to laugh in all their faces.

I had agree'd when I started no cheat days... I could have a cheat meal once a week, today is day 10 and I have not had one yet, yesterday I thought I could have killed someone for a cheat meal but then this morning I stepped on the scale and saw 5 pounds lost and I thought who needs a cheat meal.
