I have one but haven't lost anything yet by using it. I'll be watching this thread for more opinions on it. It also shows a much higher burn than what I thought I was actually burning.

I went under the muscle and my incision is under the boob. My scars have faded so much you can barely see them and it's only been 10 months. I'm very pleased !

I had mine done in August and I agree it was hard to lay off exercise. I started doing cardio after about 3 weeks, just real low impact, inclines ant a brisk pace. I didn't run or anything. Spin was a good way for me to get back in too, because you can pace yourself to what feels comfortable and its not much impact at all.…

I know that it would be hard to maintain much lower body fat over time and in "real life" but I still see the fat that I want off! :tongue: My ultimate goal is to be able to sit in my bikini and not worry about my belly…
