Weight of meats? Cooked or Raw
when you chose a meat to log from the database and it is just listed In general, are you logging that as the weight before or after cooking? I see a lot of diary entries that say " chicken breast- 6oz " or "tilapia filet- 4oz" is this the cooked or raw weight?

PB2...have I been calculating wrong?
Ok I have been assuming that 2 TBS of the actual powder has 45 calories (before mixing with water). Is it really 45 calories after you mix it with the water to create 2 TBS of the powder water mixture? All this time I have been measuring out 2 TBS of the powder, THEN adding my water and ASSUMING that was 45 cals????

If I have for example 150 calories remaining in my diary at the end of the day am I right in understanding that my deficit is now 150 PLUS the daily deficit already calculated by MFP? For example, if MFP gives me a daily deficit of 350 and then I have 150 remaining after my daily log of food and exercise, my total deficit…

How do I view my net calories for the past week?
I am trying to look at what my actual values have been for the past week. I went to reports but only see a graph that doesn't have the actual figures on it. I can't tell the exact amounts on there. Is their a way to get a report of actual numbers? I want to see each day individually
