Water follows sodium. If you consume large amounts of sodium you retain water. If you are retaining water your gaining weight.

I have the Windsor Pilates videos and I love them. The set I bought has the duel disk with the 20 minute and 60 minute workouts. When I stay commited to the videos I see result right away. Good Luck!

I use the workouts under personal training. There are minimal stops on those. I've also found that if you wave your hand during those stops it progresses the game to the next item.

No heart monitor. Just an hour of Windsor Pilates! Love this workout and have used it on and off for years but disappointed to see I'm burning less today then I did yesterday.

I think variety is the key!! If you get stuck doing one video you get muscle memory. Mixing it up prevents this and gives you better results. What do you enjoy doing? I love the new Xbox Kinect games: Biggest loser and Your shape fitness evolved. My next purchase will be zumba!

I just read an article that the Kinect games calories burned are based on the amount of movement that is done for the exercise. It's based on a platform of low, moderate, and high body movement not based on body weight and height. Becasue these games don't take into consideration the body size the calories burned may not…
