Although there is cottage cheese in the recipe you absolutely cannot taste it! When all is blended you would never be able to tell that is in there. These end up tasting a bit like french toast. They are REALLY good!

I think the number one thing that will help me this year is to not bring a lot of junk food. If I bring it, I'll eat it. Fresh fruit and veggies always taste so good while camping. Maybe it is the fresh mountain air!
