I'm in. I have the late night snack attack also. My cut off time will be 9:00 PM as my snack time falls between 10:30 and 11:00 PM. July first is a great day to start. HIGH FIVE to my MFP buddies!

WOW, nice job indeed. I also was counting points a while back and stopped losing at 195, my step-daughter also stopped losing. In retrospect I believe we were both "under eating" and our bodies may have gone into starvation mode. Anyway, I am trying to be good about counting calories. How hard can it be when the app is on…

Hi Anna, Lis here, I just started on what will be a long journey to a healthier me. Count me in - I am sure to need a few friends. I am in my first week, which is alway easy, plus, no holidays, birthdays, anniversary in the next few months. :wink:
