    Hi Anna, Lis here, I just started on what will be a long journey to a healthier me. Count me in - I am sure to need a few friends. I am in my first week, which is alway easy, plus, no holidays, birthdays, anniversary in the next few months. :wink:

    Gail in NY here! Always nice to meet new people here and lend some support. I started on here in February, been removing weight and inches since January of this year. I have 70 more pounds to go, 11 removed so far!
