  • We spend about 200 euro per week for a family of 4 adults. That includes toiletries and cleaning stuff and alcohol. Ireland is very expensive, but Im surprised that some people in the USA seem to be spending nearly as much!!

  • I found it took the enamel off my teeth in the liquid form, which really angered my dentist!! So sometimes I take the cider vinegar in capsule form.
