I would suggest getting a heart rate monitor. I used to go with what myfitnesspal calculated but once I got a heart rate monitor I realised the calories burned were usually way over estimated. It's worth the investment because the chest strap can detect how fast your heart is beating therefore how hard your working.

Today I had one of the best salads I've had in a long time. You cut up chicken breast sautee it in olive oil and add mushrooms and bell peppers, then after its done cooking add a taco seasoning mix and put it on a bed of greens of your choice ( I did baby spinach) the dressing is salsa and light sour cream if you choose.…

I'm loving low carb this is the only way of eating that works for me because I don't have to be hungry to lose weight. I'm doing Atkins and I love everything about it.

I hate when I'm on the elliptical or another cardio machine and someone gets on the one right next to me and tries to talk to me when there are plenty of other ones open. These people always tend to be super sweaty men with very bad B.O. :noway:

Lowering my carbs is the only thing that works for me and I've tried everything. So maybe you should give it a try and see how it goes for you.

My diary is open to friends and I eat low carb. As for inexpensive low carb dinners google Linda's low carb and its a website with a whole bunch of low carb recipes and I love it! My favorite recipe is the low carb spinach lasagna, it has a spinach mixture instead of noodles and in my opinion its better than any lasagna…

Honeslty no....I'm 5'8 and I don't want short children. Plus if I wear heels I will look like a giant next to a short man.

I think if you look good at 154 don't worry about getting to 140. I'm 5'8 and I put my goal as 140 but if I look and feel good I'll stop sooner.
