I feel i've had a bad week this week. I haven't managed to do much excersise and i've gone over my calories on 3 occasions (by no more than 100 cals but i still shouldn't have gone over!!) I just hope i dont gain weight this week :(

I'm staying with my sister at the moment and on her way home from work she got take out as she hasn't been shopping yet and has no food in. I entered it into my planner and apparently i've only gone over by 3 calories but i'm REALLY worried about it...I'm not sure with takeout wether the measurements/calories are exact..…

WOW! I just got back from swimming and i used the scales i found in the lesiure centre which weighed me in at 26.9!! I think they may be different as the ones that i usually weigh myself on in Boots weighed me at 27.2 on Monday and i think 7lbs in 2 days is quite drastic!! Maybe having a small breakfast (so it doesn't make you uncomfortable with your lap band?) then maybe have a few things for lunch? Maybe Salad and soup with a bread roll? That way you'd be quite full? Or if you can't manage that, having some filling snacks mid afternoon? :)

Thank you :) Have you tried having a larger breakfast and lunch? That way you'd be too full to eat much dinner? I prefer to have a large dinner so i keep my calories low for breakfast and lunch and i like to have a snack inbetween meals where possible. I'm super happy with my weight loss this week though!
