Perfect legs...

I really want nice legs but no matter how much I diet I never think my legs from my knees upwards are nice. I need to lose fat off my thighs. Any ideas please? I’ll do ANYTHING it takes!

    To tone them -- squats, weighted squats, lunges, weighted lunges, jumping jacks, weighted jumping jacks.. etc...

    I would google leg exercises and you'll find tons 'o them! good luck:smile:

    We all have problem areas... those are going to be the last areas fat goes from. Be consistent and your progress will show. Just be patient. It's likely going to be a matter of lowering your body fat % while continung to build lean muscle mass.
