There are millions of things you can throw grilled chicken into. Omelettes and rice being my favorites.

Good luck we've all been there just log everything that you eat even if its the most minor of calories and the second you hit that calorie goal hit the "complete entry" button and turn the eating switch off. Make that second nature and you'll been down 50 in no time

For the longest time I've heard people say "I dont want to lift I'll just get bulky and look like a balloon" and for the longest time I've tried to think of a way to say "nope" in a way they understood and I think you good sir have done it. If it makes you feel any better just about all of us are on this site right now because we also set "new highest weight"s at some point but your already one step in the right direction by being on this site so get after it if I can do it so can you. Highest weight = 308lbs currently 213lbs.

^ this. Everyone's body works differently and youll most likely get different results from altering your macros just fiddle with them see what works for you but while your testing the water and seeing what youd like your macros to be at just stay in a caloric deficit and youll be fine

So either A) stop eating and wait till tomorrow B) earn yourself some more calories prob most effective way to do this is via cardio (at least thats how i do it) best of luck and dont fret one day wont kill you just dont make it a habbit

Well I guess that depends on the equipment you have for myself I use 5x5 (like a ****load of other people) and have seen great success with it but if the equipment you have at home is minimal or different I've heard fitness blender is a good place to look

Seems like a good route to go eating somewhat of the same things just tweaking them to make it better. Although calories are what are going to lose you weight eating cleaner and healthier does have very good side benefits just health wise ^_^ always good to start early

I have used HIIT personally since I joined and I've loved it has helped me drop some serious lbs ^_^

My macros are 40% carb 40% protein 20% fat I've used this for healthy weight loss and for good energy in the gym ^_^ with my end goal being to look good at the beach this coming summer
