Well I keep my calories and my macro's in check all week and then Sunday I have a day where I still count my calories but I dont count my macro's allows me to go out have fun and have pizza every so often

Had some similar issues a few years back don't really have any advice since mine wasn't really worth a damn. Sorry I don't really have any input but, when in doubt there's always a psychologist on the end of a 45lb bar

Beautifully stated. As above mentioned its good that you realize what your weaknesses are but make sure your happy being miserable on a diet usually doesn't stick too well that being said I lost my first 50 on a pretty low carb diet its an easy way to cut out a lot of excess calories

I remember when i didnt want to calorie count..... but then i decided to lose weight so i do it anyways ^_^

if you over eat your calories still log what you ate and then go by to the gym and do cardio it wont really help you build muscle at all but its probably the fastest way to just straight up burn calories

This happened to me when I first started dieting as well there are time I would be at about 800 cals and literally not want to eat anything its just a transition period your appetite will come back soon just eat whenever your body tells you to for now

I think being sick is one of those things were people can understand if ur super under calories its not your fault it just happens. Just drink plenty of fluids ( OJ ) and get better soon and when you are better pick up right where you left off
