I literally have the exact same problem I used to get em on my face around my nose as well as chest and shoulders. Just go to any mart that also has a pharmacy section and pick up some scrub for it. it'll work wonders

Shirtless is okay I guess. IMO full nude is probably the way to go
-
I stopped reading when it said following the calorie in vs calorie out rule was false
-
Biggest food mistake I made was eating whole pizza's, whole bags of BBQ chips, and whole liters of soda. XD

I agree with both. Watch your calories, clean your eating up a little bit, and start moving. C25k ( cardio ) and SL5x5 ( weights ) are both great beginner programs to look at. I use both and have seen great results. Goodluck

Well keep doing what your doing because its seems to be working ^_^ congrats on you weight loss thats no small feat by any means. If you stick with a certain amount of calories for a couple weeks and you see absolutely no change in weight or body composition something as simple as reducing you cals just a tiny bit or…

Hit my goals yesterday ^_^ Today: -SL5x5 (done) -HIIT (done) -Log food for the day accurately) Good luck all day 2 / 100

No worries just give it your best shot and be honest to your food diary. You'll do just fine.

well everyones body works differently. I'd go through trial and error and see what personally works for you you could try mfp or you could try your other site or if you simply cant pick average the two numbers out and see if that keeps you at maintenance

eat WHENEVER you want day, night, rain, shine. You can eat 3 meals or you can eat 20 it really wont matter at the end of the day its calories in vs calories out thats all your body is looking at its not going to give a **** when or how it gets food as long as its there. Eat at a reasonable deficit and log any scrap of food…

<- 20 and got about 20lbs more to go
-
Well admitting it is the first step. You did it once you can do it again just stick to it this time around. Every day that eat healthy is a step you take towards your ideal body.
-
Hmmm I'd agree with omelette easy and you can pretty much just throw w/e into it. Personally tho I feel like having easily accessible food makes it that much easier to over eat but, that's just my 2 cents

I feel ya I'm 6'2 and when I decided that I needed to start losing weight I was 308 lost a few pounds doing really stupid fad diets (that I dare not mention) and found this site at roughly 280. Currently weighing in at 214 and if I can do it so can you ^_^ feel free to add me if u want.

Just work your way up to it as long as you stay in a good calorie range youll be fine
-
_Waffle_ always makes me hungry

What Athena said its much better to start at 1lb and go from there so your not starving yourself hell if you even need to cut it to 1/2lb and start from there then do so ANY progress is good progress start from a lower pound per week loss and go from there and once your comfortable eating at that ratio gradually bump it…

Hmmm well in that case I would try to reduce snacking as much as possible unfortunately it leads to just consuming empty calories in between meals and those cals add up fast. Try eating meals only and if you do snack try snacking on whole food or fruits since IMO they have less cals and fill you up more. Thats all I got…

BENCH PRESS EVERY DAY on the real to just go do 5x5 it'll take care of what you do on what days you do it on and what weight you do it at. All you have to do is supply the effort
-
What do u have your weight loss set to? if you have it at 2lbs/week consider lowering it to 1lb/week until that feels comfortable then move back to 2lb. Don't try to lose too much at once or you may find you wont lose any at all. Weight loss is unfortunately a slow slow process
-
Not quite my dream body yet. Still got awhile to go but any progress is good progress ^_^. Feel free to add.
-
I eat half of them back as well since cal counts and burns might not always be accurate it leaves room for error
-
as long as your logging those snacks and have some kind of cal count for them then yes your doing fine
-
I second this and people who are together for 7 years most likely were friends first and its easy to think about a friend you miss.

Well OP I'm not too sure since I myself have not been apart of this site for too long but, I have seen some of these posts you've mentioned particularly the water only fasting post. It seems to me that some of these posts are created by people fairly new to this site (not to say crazy posts are created by newbies alone).…
