This is a great thread! And I hope it's okay to join willy nilly. My goal for this month is to keep my weight loss momentum. I've lost 10 pounds my first two weeks, I want to keep it going.

I had one today for lunch. Kale, white beans and anchovies, sauteed in canola oil, season as you like.

If you're trying to lose more per week try eating a better breakfast, maybe not more calories but more protein and fiber. My nutritionist keeps telling me its the path to better weight loss.

Any and all veggies.Really crisp apples. Put on sandwiches in place of cheese and mayo. I also really like making my own with different sorts of beans.
