Any and all veggies.Really crisp apples. Put on sandwiches in place of cheese and mayo. I also really like making my own with different sorts of beans.
  • I love Hummus - I mean love it so much that I could eat it for lunch and dinner every day. I don't however as I find it's one of those things that I find it difficult to limit myself on and it seems to have a ton of calories for a very little bit. When I do eat it, I love just dipping carrot sticks or using it as a dip for other veggies as well. I also like to spread it on Ryvita as an extra treat :)
  • Petite carrots, baked pita chips or sliced cucumber!

I like to put it on any sandwich... and especially like it on a grilled veggie burger. Lately i've been putting it on a veggie burger with a slice of feta cheese, sprouts, red onion, and garden tomato. Yum!

Oh yeah... I also like to cut up cheddar cheese, dip a kettle chip in the hummus, and stick the cheese on top. Yum again!

(note: these are not low calorie snacks...)

100 calorie pack of Snyders pretzels, or Stacy's Naked Pita Chips. Yum!
  • For me, it's baby carrots or Pop Chips. Feels so indulgent but still healthy. LOVE!

carrots, cucumbers, broccoli, peppers, celery, tomatoes. basically any veggie you can dip with. since I am vegan, I also put hummus on everything in place of dressings and/or condiments. i.e. use it in place of mayo on a sandwich or put a scoop on my salad.

Raw veggies--carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, sugar snap peas, red & yellow peppers, cucumber...
Or spread on whole grain toast. I also use it in place of condiments on my sandwiches.
