    Ooh good question!

My very favorite is raw broccoli florets, a close second is using it as a sandwich spread instead of mayonnaise.

I've really found that it's tasty when you put it in a pita with bell pepper, a crispy veggie like cucumber and/or carrot, and something sweet like red grapes or a really juicy slice of apple.

Here lately I've been eating mine with carrots. But I've been known to put it on wraps/sandwiches in place of mayo or mustard.

Like so many others, I agree veggies and pita bread. There was a coffee shop back in Arizona that had the best hummus with pita and vegetables. The pita was cut into triangles and you put on the hummus and the veggies that came with it; lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, sprouts, and mushrooms. To this day I haven't found hummus and pita as good as that-I think it was the insane amounts of garlic in it.
