There a number of good shoes out there, but for fit, I like New Balance and Asics performance running shoes (and New Balance comes in wide sizes) BUT, he's going to need support inserts, no real getting around...it is...what it is... I think you're right in line to lose the weight you want to lose and get fit I have a similar calorie intake and workout plan, and I'm 53 You're closer to your idea weight then I am so you should be added some caloires to your diet to level off your weight loss soon

I'm conviced that my belly is never going to be the same I've lost 75 pounds, and I'm getting great definition in my arms, legs, shoulder and chest BUT My belly looks like all the skin just hangs there I'm giving up thinking I'll have six pack abs What I got is 2 packs in a bag!
