When I say 6 meals that includes snacks. Haha, sorry. I should have made that clear. And thanks ghosthackexe, that helps alot. I was told that I should have a routine in my eating to avoid other eating or under, but i guess that doesnt make sense since you could away eat too much or too little in that meal.
