well i ate it and one filled me up. a person could easily have some thing on the side with it if they needed more to fill up or eat 2 of them.
-
try 214.
-
congrats looks like it's time for a new wardrobe
-
i agree i don't think i could just drink a shake for a main meal.
-
i try and eat at least some of mine back.
-
remember though skinny does not equal healthy. a person may be thin but if they are eating junk all the time then i doubt they are very healthy.
-
i've drank coconut water/milk before and like it ok but never used it as a 'diet' source before.
-
i think i'd check dh into a mental clinic if he suggested another baby lol! we have 3 kids and that is more than plenty. luckily we're both fixed so the chances are pretty slim.
-
haven't tried that one yet. not crazy about strawberry flavored things.
-
i picked up a couple more today another Fuji apple pear and a new one they had macintosh apple cherry. i try to get the zero cal ones but a few of them have some cals in it.
-
oh and i've also made 'ice cream' with almond milk. i've used both the plain (just add a bit of whatever flavoring you want and a spoon or two of sweetener) and the chocolate at different times with great results.
-
i love, love almond milk. i use the plain unsweetened on things like cereal (i have used it in some baking and it seems to do fine for me), fruit smoothies and i sometimes drink it straight. i also get the dark chocolate almond for drinking.

i love those MIO's i use them in my water. i also like lemon, orange and cucumber slices. i've never tried it with ginger but it sounds good so i may give that a try as well.
-
i use the water that comes out of the fridge. i usually add some flavor to it though. either MIO , lemon or cucumber slices. i have one of those aluminum thermoses that i use to drink my water out of.
-
i try to limit myself to 1 (no more than 2) sodas a day
-
i've never made homemade yogurt.is it easy to make?
-
i would think that it would matter as far as health wise and nutritional value.
-
this is how i feel. it seems like as soon as people know you're trying to lose weight every thing you eat is up for judgement.
-
o ff topic here but is that your before and after pics? you're looking really good.
-
i believe that hyponatremia happens when a person drinks large amounts of water in a short period of time.
-
this exactly. you do not need people like that in your life.
-
i do sometimes, i was anorexic years ago and was really small but even then i thought i was fat. so now when people tell me i'm losing weight i have to double check to make sure they're being serious. working on getting passes that.
-
thanks everyone reading these replies helps. i had been logging in everything i ate i slacked for a few days but i''ve gone back to putting down everything. it does seem to help because then i can see where and what kinds of food i need more of. like more veggies or more water.

i try to eat at least most of mine back
-
i don't worry about it. would i like it to be a smaller and flatter? sure, but i'm not stressing myself out exercising like crazy just to try and get it that way. i've had 3 kids and the last one was a c-section. i can accept that my body isn't going to look like it did when i was 20 years old.
-
get the mini ones. they're about half the calories and fat. i mean sure you don't want to eat a 400 cal desert daily but for an occasional treat it's a lot better than 800 cals.
-
i took Alli for awhile before i got pregnant with Romma. it worked pretty well for me. i've thought about using it again just not sure if i can take it while breastfeeding.
-
i use both to gauge progress.
-
hello nice to meet ya.
-
i eat breakfast for dinner sometimes, so i guess a person can eat non breakfast for breakfast lol
