homemade burritos
so i decided to make homemade burritos and freeze them. i made some bean and cheese and some beef, bean and cheese and then also made spicy versions of the same. they taste pretty yummy too now i just gotta figure out the cals and such for them to log it in. i'm also thinking of making some chicken ones with navy beans.

has anyone tried these? i got some the other day and love them. most have zero cals and the few that do have very little. i think the Fuji apple pear is my favorite so far.

need motivation
so i've been doing MFP for a few weeks now and started losing some weight. however last week i kinda slacked off a bit on keeping track of my cals. does anyone else get bored with having to log in everything they eat? what are ways to stay motivated? i seriously want to lose this weight.

i know breastfeeding burns calories but how would i calculate it into my plan.

loving this
so i still got a long ways to go but i've already dropped a few pounds since starting MFP. what i love best is i basically still get to eat what i want i just have to watch how much of it i eat. looking forward to losing even more!:happy:

does anyone else have a cheat day? if so how often, weekly, monthly, just on special occasions?

hi everyone, my name's alisha i'm 33 year old mom of 3. i'm trying to lose some weight in order to get more healthy and feel better about myself. i have some back problems which makes it difficult for me to exercise but i'm working at it..slowly but i'll get there.
