this makes 2 wraps

2 whole wheat tortillas
3 oz chicken (divided between each wrap)
1/2 container of weight watchers cream cheese (divided between each wrap)
sliced cucumbers (4-5 on each wrap)
1/16 of an avocado (divided between each wrap)
1 tablespoon of salsa (divided between each wrap)

per wrap: 219 calories, 6.5 grams of fat, 19 carbs, 3 grams protein

i made these last night for dinner and it was so yummy and very filling.

    Sounds delicious!

Do you just slice the avocado?

I've only ever mashed it to make guacamole.
Ive seen it used in salads but never had the
    courage to try it.

I like using wraps but the calories
are 160 to 230 before I start filling them.

    Thanks for sharing.

i did the avocado kinda diced up a little and sprinkled it throughout the wrap. basically i just heated the wraps a little (just enough to warm them, heated the chicken (also just enough to warm it.) i spread 1/4 a container of weight watchers individual cream cheese on each wrap (the little small individual containers they're i think about an ounce each) the i kinda shredded the chicken a bit on divided it between each wrap. i put about 5 cucumber slices on each one and then diced about a 1/16 of an avocado and divided that between the two wraps added about a half a tablespoon of salsa to each one rolled them up and enjoyed how yummy they were. i used the medium sized wraps and two was enough to fill me up, also extra fruits and veggies could easily be added without adding to much more calories to it, things like tomatoes, spinach, lettuce, onion, bell peppers.
