i know breastfeeding burns calories but how would i calculate it into my plan.

    go to fod and search for it. it is in your food.

    You can search breastfeeding, too. I use the 6-12 month infant option for an extra 300 cals.

    oh cool, thank you. i was looking under exercise and it wasn't in there. never thought to look under foods, lol. she's (the baby) is 19 months but still breastfeeds about 5 times a day (sometimes more) so i went with the older baby option which gives me an extra 300. i went back through my food diary and readjusted it.
