Hi! I'm a mother of two and have been trying to lose weight for years. I just keep giving up because no matter how well I stuck to the diet and workouts I wasn't losing weight. I found out I'm allergic to wheat, so I went gluten free and now I'm losing weight. I still need motivation and I would be happy to give motivation.

I'm up at 4:45am and at the gym by 5:30am then I shower and dress there and go to work. I have a full time day job Mon-Fri and work part-time on Wed, Fri, and the weekend. I have two kids. So if I want to work out I have to do it in the morning to fit it into my day. I'm a morning person anyway, so I feel better working…

I lost weight on here last year. Then I got busy and didn't stay with this. Of course I gained the weight back. I'm here to stay and I will need support. I will also be here to support anyone else who might need it. This is going to be a great year for weight loss. I can fill it!:smile:

Thanks, for all the great advise. I walked for 30 mins and went 1.58 miles and took 3362 steps. So I divided 3362 by 3 (3 half miles) and I belive me average mile consist of 2240 steps. Those were my active steps. What I reported earlier were just my regular steps through out the day. I am going to like this, because it…
