MINI CHALLENGE ANY TAKERS

Hi everybody I need another mini challenge
i am around 82 kilos just wanna nudge that under 80 kilos by
15 March
that gives us 17 clear days
but we must not weigh ourselves until then
that means no jumping on the scales till then
please help could do with the motivation to kick start again
last mini challenge was till valentines day which helped me to aim at something.

    I am with you Pru :) I need something to get me back on track- I will try for 6lbs - that's 2 lbs a week- should be doable as long as I don't fall off the wagon again:) thanks for posting :)

    I am going to try I need to lose 4 lbs to get to next weight level. And I need not to focus on scale.

    I'm in I want my pants to tell me if I have lost anyway not the scale. I want to lose 5 lbs my March 15th.
